Your Pool and Spa Supply Return Policy


If you are not satisfied within 14 days of the delivery date, please return your order to us. Call our dedicated customer service at 916-868-6333 and they will assign to you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which allows us to keep track of the return.

The returned product must be in a NEW AND UNUSED condition, in the ORIGINAL BOX with all the documentation, parts, and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means sale-able condition, not dirty or not washed. We cannot accept returns for an item with any indications that it has been used.


RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITY UNLESS THE MERCHANDISE YOU RECEIVED WAS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be returned within 2 weeks (14 days) after receiving the item. If you have any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order please call us BEFORE we ship the product as once it leaves the warehouse we have incurred our cost.

Note: Shipping charges cannot be refunded.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken, or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out a new one completely at our expense. If we need the product back we will send you a call tag for pick-up of the damaged/defective product. Please remember, you need to call us for your Return Authorization Number (RAN) or the product could be denied when it reaches our warehouse.

Requests for replacement parts will be processed as quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express ship replacement pieces. You will, however, be given the option for express shipping, and the difference in shipping costs will be charged to your credit card.


Credits

Please allow 10-14 days for credit to be issued to your credit card on any return item.

All refunds issued are for the purchase price of the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used at purchase.

 

Canceling Your Order

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please call us at 916-868-6333 within

3 hours of placing your order to cancel it free of any charges.

Don't worry! Even after the three hours, if your product has not shipped, we will do all we can to stop the items from being processed and/or shipped. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will be able to stop it.


We May Cancel an Order

This site reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing changes with manufacturers, pricing errors, omissions, mistakes, or for any other reason.

While we make every effort to satisfy every customer and fill every order, occasionally there may be an error on our website regarding pricing, in-stock status of a product, or a description. In these instances customer service will notify you of the error and will ask if you would like to cancel the order or proceed with the correct pricing or information.
